Something unique for the first Light Painting Burn Challenge! The “Bryce Canyon Burning Man” Light Painting was created in real time and captured to the camera in one single photographic frame. Standing alone on the edge of the canyon at night creating this image was surreal! During one single long exposure I used a customized Black Fiber Optic Tool to create the fire effect around my silhouette! Light Painting is the compression of time, space and the movement of light onto one single photographic frame. It is Magic. The total exposure time for this Light Painting was 151 seconds.
